My son is playing TERA or I should say was playing TERA and enjoying it immensely until yesterday when he attempted to log in last night and he got the insufficient subscription time message and now he noticed that they billed his credit card already.

He is not a happy camper at the moment.  Hope En Masse gets their act together.

                Did you even bother to call them before racing here to post about it ?...so far you're the only one whos complained about this. Assuming it wasnt something your son did to warrent the cancelation, im sure this could be fixed with a quick call..no need to bash en masse as a whole because you're upset. If you feel so strongly about it, post back with the results.
