Support issue with TERA?
I'm not sure about TERA. Been thinking about buying it but to me poor support is a huge no go.
How are you guys experience with the support at TERA?

Freshly launched multiplayer games have issues, its the nature of the online gaming business. How quickly they react to issues is what counts so far Im happy with frogster, I don't go through enmasse.
I used to be a sit on the fence watch the garden type of cat too now I just dive in because missing the community while it is levelling is worse to me than waiting for the "perfect" time to pounce in reality there is no "perfect" time. This time right now is when bonds are made and guilds establish, Id rather be on that ride than watching people on it.
No one can tell you whether you should buy a game or if you are wasting your money only you can play it and experience it yourself then decide.
Wait why does that page freak you out? And EME by far has one of the best support out there. Most ticket are answer with in 24hrs some in few hours and all the support team are nice and funny as well. there been quiet a few thread about how nice EME support is.
