in Star Wars: The Old Republic

when I log into my account it sais this launcher is unavailable, I even changed my password and it does the same thing, it ios fine on my other accouth though, please any help or advice would be great, thank you.

    Occasionally I'll get an "incorrect password" error when I try to log in. If I wait a few minutes (sometimes up to an hour), I can log in just fine.
