TSW conspiracy question

The intro to the trailers state, "It's all true."

I'm curious. Do they actually put existing conspiracies into the content?

Or do they make some up for the sake of the game?

Will there be anything like an Area 51 or JFK conspiracy?

What about Urban Legends and myths? ie: Bloody Mary, the killer that's calling you is INSIDE the house, etc...
