Been looking for a new game to play any suggestions?

in PC Gaming

Just looking to see if anyone has a game they been looking at or playing thats worthwhile. I don't have the cash to spend for games right now just looking for whats good for free. I played online games mostly since they're free don't really know any good free single player PC games.

 

I'm looking mostly at free online games,like D&D:Online, Fallen Earth, The Repopulation, Grimlands, STO, etc. SWG (R.I.P.) was also one of my favs.

 

I want to try something different. I didn't like Age of Conan at launch I don't like it now. (Just bumping that one off.)

 

[Please Note: Please please please none of that Asian grindfest crap with large breasted heroines. I want a game not animated porn. Thanks.]

    I would recommend league of legends, if you haven't played it worth a go if your into pvp type gameplay.

    No story, no quests, no grind, just straight up 3v3 or 5v5 arena style ownage.

    It's a MOBA not an MMO

    Something entirely new? Well you might want to try out Realm Of The Mad God then XD It's a f2p game

    Wow this actually looks interesting thanks!

     

    Its just a flash game too. It has a nice asthetic kinda like classic RS or RS2 in 2004 or Minecraft. Like it.

    i've been having fun in Vanguard.

    its not free right now but there is a 2 week free trial and i hear it IS going free to play very soon(no source on that). might be worth a look though!

    I haven't touched a SOE game since SWG. I kinda like D&D:O as my fantasy game for now... if I ever feel like playing it. (not really)

    Killing the mad god for the first time (and probaby failing) is one of those moments that just blows your mind..the risk involved and so on..

    Truly is a gem. I got to level 11 before I died  (/T.T)/ . Thanks so much!

    And it was so fast too... I was expecting to wait days before something interesting was suggested.

    By all means if anyone else has any other suggestions they're completely welcomed. Keep them coming.

    A list of some under the radar games is a great resource. Always like to have a backup of a backup.

          Anarchy Online is a pretty fun game once you get used to it... If you liked SWG you might enjoy another sci fi challenging game.

    I bought Arma 2 for the DayZ mod and haven't had the urge to play a MMO since. It is sad that a FPS can make you care about your character more than a MMO.

    Granado Espada is good if you like playing more than one character
