TERA. It's a good game and it works. I wanted to get D3 recently, but a coworker advised me to wait few more weeks/months before get D3 when all issues are solved, pvp is on. And D3 is a single player game, so u can even play it in 10 years time, it wan't change. TERA is MMO, with persistent world, that can change over time. At least for me, it is better be a part of TERA world which can change, full of surprises (e.g. open world pvp), etc.
He's talking about Arma 2: Combined Operations and the DayZ mod that goes with it. Game is 30 bucks or supposedly 15 on Amazon. Thought Id make that clear in case anyone said "Whats that?". Also, yes, Id go with that too. For sure.

Payday is coming up for me and I have been itching for a new game. Played Tera Beta and loved it. Haven't played Diablo 3 at all but it looks really fun. Abybody got any suggestion that can swing me a certain way?
They are two different genres, Diablo 3 is not an online game, where was Tera is... /shrug I personally will never play Tera, I'm amazed people actually like that game, or Rifts... but to each their own I suppose.

Definitely get Tera over D3 right now.
Tera entertainment will last you longer, so get D3 later once you have more money.
