You wanna list out those failed MMOs without faction-based PvP? I'm pretty sure I could name a failed MMO with faction PvP for every single one. Might even be able to name two for each. Every failure of an MMO in recent years has had factions. Hell, it's hard enough to name a recent MMO without factions at all, failure or otherwise.

Game sounds great but PvP obviously isn't on their priority list if it's still in development and he coudn't shed any more light on it (obviously he's got no idea himself) and end game seems to be dungeons, grinding....Zzzz boring.
Too bad sounds like a great game with terribad end game.
Comments like this always make me cringe... "End Game Content" is the worst idea to ever grace online games, no matter how successful they are.
Why's that. I for one play for the end game content. I've been playing GW for 7 years now because of the eng game Guild vs Guild battles. That's a great example of a great game with great end game content as far as I'm concerned.
Cringe all you like but my comment is valid.
Play Monster Hunter then I will validate your comment. GVG is a grind wether you see it or not. Not every game is focused in PVP and nor should it be.
Though a game like Raiderz would sound fun with a more open-ended PvP, I just somehow feel a cash-shop with a pay to win strategy employed might raise the entry bar too high for new players that want to just test the waters.
Maybe if some PvP was introduced that could combine the big monster/end-game raiding/PvP might entice players with promises of dangerous hunting grounds for rarer monsters. You introduce mechanics for notoriety and fame and apply some sort of reward/punishment mechanic for playing. I do have some doubts if that would work though.

So you're saying people *don't* get bored of playing the exact same maps/goals over and over again, regardless if it's a PvP battleground or Raid?
Wow... I guess all this talk about sucky endgame has been nothing more than teen angst and menstrual cramps.

This game looks cool, but I feel like it could benefit from a name change.
