Hey guys;
I have spent a few hours over the last few days on the blizzard diablo forums, and I got to say, you guys/we are pretty tame. Those forums are nothing but a septic tank full of the worst of the worst of posters.
I do not recommened them at all

But instead of going full teenager mode we handle our problems here with the utter calmness and dignity and have therefore attained the title of gentlemens among the MMO crowd.

I think I like Unlights avatar the best. That screaming sheep is just creppy.
People like to complain about this forum but it is, in fact, far better moderated and the users (almost can't believe I'm going to say this) far more mature than most forums. Not just the official ones. The MMOSite forums/comments are like the primordial pools of all things unholy.

I often wondered why i avoided their forums I know why now, Next time I think of bitching here about some of the topics i will remind myself of the hours wasted in the Blizzard Diablo forums.

I'm glad you find us tame by comparison -- though we certainly have our days of madness here.
Nice to see someone saying this site is tame instead of posts complaining about trolls and fanboys. But yeah in comparison this site does have a more tame community.
Ponies, goats, unicorns and sheep are taken. I recommend the dik-dik. It's a much underestimated member of the bovidae family and amazingly nimble, even at top speeds of over 26 miles per hour.

hah oh this I know, have been involved in some of the madness, and a couple warnings to boot, But as a community of gamers, this is by far a much more enjoyable experience than that which will now remain unamed

I enjoyed the FF14 forums until the day they announced they want payment now.
Anyone who dared to say the game isn't ready for this yet was insulted as:
hater, traitor, troll - get out of here we don't need scum like you!
So yeah official forums are the worst - full of rabid fanboys.

It has gotten better here...to be honest. But, let's say "this isn't my first account here". Plenty have made me call moron to my first account's demise....
