Looking at around $900 for gaming, High/Ultra Guild Wars 2 and future games like Planetside2
I prefer Intel over AMD & Nvidia to ATI, Will probably end up buying the hard drive/cpu/heatsink/gpu from amazon for free prime shipping/cheaper price. If you have any suggestions that you'd tweek or make a bit different let me know, thanks. Not planning to OC. Do not need ssd/monitor/keyboard/mouse.

Looks like a nice solid build. The only things I could see would be the motherboard you could go a little cheaper since you won't be overclocking, and the cpu you could even go with the 3450, but what you have is within your budget so you're fine.

Yes, I figured the i5 3550 was only $10 more and still under the $900 with it, so I went with it instead. If I didn't have to drive from Nashville to Atlanta I'd go to the MicroCenter and grab a i5 3570k. I hate going there though and the drive, ugh............
It looks pretty nice. I do have a suggestion for the case though.
Consider the Antec 300 or 900. These are pretty much the standard for computer cases. Reviews say all you need to know. They are also cheaper than the Rosewill. That being said I do have a cheaper Rosewill case myself and it is very nice.

Hard drives still cost almost twice what they were several months ago. They have been falling slowly though, and Newegg has been running specials on them. I would wait for one of those deals. My 320GB drive was $40 in Jan 2011. It is now $80 (down from $150 a few months ago).
Thanks
You should realize that if you get that, you cannot overclock the processor at all. If you're fine with that, then so be it. Just don't buy it planning to overclock the processor.
That's way too much to pay for memory. The only reason to get over 1600 MHz memory is if you need to feed the integrated graphics from system memory. As you're trying to squeeze an Ivy Bridge build into a lower budget than would normally justify it, I'd get cheaper memory. Even the difference between 1333 MHz and 1600 MHz memory won't be much.
The power supply is all right, but really not very good. I'd get something better, like one of these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020
Actually, since you can't overclock the processor, what I'd consider doing is going with a higher quality, lower wattage power supply, like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182066
You can even get it in a combo deal with your original chosen case:

I'm not sure how much you were planning on paying for the GTX 560. If you like rebates, you could try something more modern, like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125415
Probably about 10%-20% slower than the GTX 560, but it will use maybe half as much power, and has a better feature set, too. And it's also cheaper.
The hard drive is a bad choice. The point of the RE4 line is to be more reliable in RAID arrays, and Western Digital charges a premium for that. That doesn't matter to you, so you'll be left paying too much for a small, slow hard drive. Even if it's only a single platter, at 250 GB, that's still going to be pretty low platter density, and so that's likely to be slow, even as compared to other hard drives.
If you don't need very much capacity, then it would be ideal if you could get just an SSD, like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226236
Storage performance is very important for getting you a good gaming experience in Guild Wars 1, and it's likely that it will also be important in GW2, for about the same reasons. But whether that's viable for you depends on how much capacity you need. It's easy to add a hard drive later.
Thank you very much for the advice. I did forget to mention I do have a 90gb ssd Force GT Sata 3 with read 555mb/s and write at 505 mbs/s i use for games, was just getting the other harddrive to store my family pics and such. Much appreciate your advice, I will have to go back over my build a little
If you've already got an SSD and just need a hard drive, then you might as well get something bigger for cheaper:

Thanks, will do.
Question, if I get the 7770 you suggest, will I be able to play Guild Wars 2 on high/ultra settings?
High, probably. Ultra, not necessarily. The GTX 560 you were looking at is maybe 10%-20% faster than the 7770 (taking into account the factory overclocks). Which card to get depends some on budget, whether you pay your own electricity bills, how much you would have paid for the GTX 560, and whether you'll do rebates.
Both of those cards might struggle a bit in mass PvP if you're playing at 1920x1080 or above but not so much if lower, hard to tell at the moment though as the game is so unoptimized. If i were in the market for a new GPU for GW2 i'd be holding back a bit until nearer launch to see how things play out, that is assuming you have something to get you by in the mean time. Plus prices for the 7*** and 6** series cards are likely to come down between now and then meaning you could probably get something better.
Thanks, I usually play with 1280x1024 resolutions and I do plan to pvp a lot. I have another week before I buy everything for it.
One last question..Since I don't plan to overclock and will just be using one graphics card, would this motherboard be ok to use?
ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157279
On the Asrock site, it shows that the i5 3450, 3550, 3570k etc are supported. Just want to make sure it will be fine. Would save a few more bucks.
Most z68 boards require a BIOS update to support Ivy Bridge, ie you need an older 1155 socket CPU spare to update the BIOS. Just get a z77 board and save yourself the potential hassle.
Gotcha, thanks guys for all your responses, you've been most helpful..
Keep in mind that "is supported" doesn't necessarily mean "all features will work properly". You may be able to live with forgoing some features to be able to keep a motherboard you already have, but I wouldn't do that for buying a new motherboard.
How large is your monitor? Since you are spending so much money on a gaming machine, you may want to consider something that can do 1680x1050 at least. Gotta have a nice monitor to go with a nice PC! A 22 inch Asus or Hanns.g won't run you more than $140.
Depending on what game you're playing, the extra horizontal pixels may or may not do much for you other than bog down the video card. Going from 1024 vertical pixels to 1050 isn't much of an improvement. As far as inches go, what you propose would actually be shorter than a 19" 1280x1024 monitor. 1920x1200 is bigger, but it's also a lot more expensive.
I do not know the prices elsewhere but in the UK 24" 1920x1080 monitors are pretty reasonable price wise. Cheapo non-brands start at around £90-£100 and mid range branded ones go for £120-£180. Larger 27" mid range branded monitors cost around £220-£280.
Personally I think the 24" are the best value.
@OP, you might want to reconsider you're choice of DVD drive. I bought one of those from Amazon a few months ago and had to return two of them because the eject button refused to work. If you do some quick googlefu its a common problem with them.
