Don't own TERA, got charged for a sub?

Yea, totally caught a 14.99 charge to my card last week from En Masse for a month subscription EVEN THOUGH I don't own the box copy of the game, or have ever played retail.

 

Essentially, I canceled my preorder MONTHS before the game launched (literally back in February or so). Somehow, their system charged me for a month subscription.

 

Needless to say I've been waiting in queue for livechat since I decided to deal with it tonight. However, I'm 93rd in queue and my average wait is 4hours LoL :(!

 

 

Anyone else, or am I the only one that got smacked by EnMasse ;)?

    lol I guess I should go check.. got an email last week telling me my sub was expiring when I canceled my pre-order on the 2nd event lol. Just kinda ignored it until now.

    Yea i'd REALLY go check because that's the EXACT same situation that happened to me. Got an email on my second email (ie: one i never check) saying my sub was about to expire. I ignored it thinking En Masse couldn't be so stupid as to set someone up for an auto-renew subscription who canceled their preorders MONTHS ago.

     

    Literally, mine was like around the 25th of Feb lol.
