Yes, I will fight them, trade with them and talk with them. Its all about freedom... Its like the difference between diablo and WoW.In diablo you must create ot join someones game, in order to trade/talk/fight with him.In WoW you must only meet him.

I totally agree here. I dont know about you but I play mmorpgs to actually meet other players (gasp!). If the only way to get some xp (or non-pvp action) is to hang around town shouting: "I need five more ppl to finish this and this mission" this game is not for me. Its like Everquests LDoN without the rest of the game (LDoN is an expansion with instanced group-content).

So how does this world work? are there only towns that you teleport between or what? I cant imagine any wilderness if there is nothing there (no players, no mobs). I like running in to ppl a little now and then when Im out hunting, questing or whatever Im doing. Share a few stories, maybe group for a while...casual little things.

At least I learned from this thread that GW is nothing for me, sounds like a fancy Diablo which will grow old fast ( at least for me). These are just my opinions and Im sure lots of you disagree image

Well, I'm not saying that buying MMORPG that aren't really ready for release is a good option, am I? But that's an other discussion. The fact is that most MMORPGs aren't, and imho this will most likely also apply to GW, with the only difference that you won't get the added content (etc.) on day X in patch Y, but that you have to buy the extension on day X. While you would pay small (relatively) amounts per month for a subscription-based game I'm rather sure those amounts would add up to the same amount you would have to pay for one single extension
