server population question

in World of Warcraft
I was wondering what is the average players in a server when the population is:
1) Low
2) Medium
3) High

And how much players does it take for the server to become Queued?

    so that makes low pop servers= more than 5000+

    i think it's a good reseon to join or choose a low  pop server against a high pop server, the diference is not that bigimage

    If i could tell you this, Low means a little player on mmorpg talk, but in the real world, even low means alot of players but not as much as high. Low is 1/3 of the total that the server can handle wich means ca 100-200 player or somthing.

    I do not know if im right but i gueses only..:)
