triple channel setup

I'm going to be upgrading my RAM, should i get the 3x2gb or spend some extra for the 3x4?  right now i only have 2x2, gonna be playing TSW GW2 etc...also should i spend the extra bit to get Cas latency 7 or will 8-9 be alright?

    The number of memory channels available is determined by your memory controller, which for recent systems is usually built into the processor.  What processor do you have?

    Get another 2 GB module, then, and keep the two that you already have.  You're going to run it at the same specs as the memory you have now, and 6 GB is plenty of capacity.
