Wanting to join LS on Balmung

I started playing about a week ago on Balmung (Marauder) and I want to join a LS.

I'm looking for an LS that is social and at the same time end game motivated. I consider myself a pretty good MMO and I am very experienced in multiple MMO endgame.

I would like to join a LS that uses Vent, Teamspeak, or what have you.
