Skills u cant get from Boses...

How do i get skills like final thrust, flourish, Light of Dwayna, Thrill of Victory etc...
None of the boses have them 
.
I mean wtf the only way i can get those skills is to try my luck at the exotic skill charm trader???
I think if missions had rewards like Rare skills Or elite skills or items or weapons and stuff like that it was much more fun to finish missions... cuz after all, like hieromancer said on a previous post ... we do want to have some advetages in PvP dont we? What do u get out of xp? u dont need xp if u start from lvl 20
There are 2 facts i want to share with u:
1) Doesnt matter how hard u try, u cant lick ur ellbow.
2) 90% of the people who read it try to lick thier ellbows :P

PvP in GW should be about player skill, not playing 24/7 to get the grand sword of uberness or insta-death touch skill. In the unlikely event lvl20 PvP premades are available in retail your reward for playing the quests is the fun and enjoyment you had doing them. You might have one or two rare skills, but these won't be magnitudes better than the others (most are offset in what they need to be used, in terms of energy, stamina etc.). /rant over

PvE in general is pretty lame, if you think long and hard about it. You are spending your time beating a severely gimped AI that would lose to a well trained monkey. Best not to think too long and hard why you are wasting time playing games in general actually...
its too bad axe skills are lacking compared sword skills like final thrust and savage slash two nice skills and even most of the common sword skills
By PvP i also ment Guild vs Guild... u know the guild players is pvp... and if u want ur guild to win it should have the best players, best armor, best weapons and the best skills...

i disagree the best way to beat another team is though skill and teamwork. personally i know for a fact that 1v1 with my lvl17 ranger i could knock a lv 20 tank senseless, but that is only 1 part of the team how to combine these skills is how you win imo
All you have to do is find another player that has the skill you want and pay him to create a skill charm for you. I payed 40 gold for final thrust which the guy was advertising on public chat for days.
Desn't that Skill only last for 24h (skillcharms) ???
Coz how fun is that (paying 50gold for 24hours of fun....allmost like paying for Sex.
And Also He who say GvG is all about Best Gear/LvL/Items r Wrong.... We had a LvL 8 (yes Eight) Nec/Ran in one game and "we" still won (We as in the WSC coz my sorry A$$ got DC (hate Wireless tech.) and im lvl 19 in full Plate 2major runes,1 Sup. rune and one minor, and using a Gr8 shield (armor 16) and a Dragonsword....Hell yes that sometimes help out but who do u think the enemy aim at first ....Ya Me...
If u ask me TEAMwork,comunication and TRAINING (as in playing together testing dif. tactics) is the recepie for wins

U can permantly make a skill out of a skillring m8....
So u buy from some 1 the charm and u need to convert it to a skill... u use skillring and than u have it for good.
