Looking to start or be part of a noobish guild

I have always loved this game but I always played on and off. With the x pack coming I would like to start a new small guild or become part of a noobish guild. Also, p2p preferred as all the good chains are p2p. Anyone else?

    i currently just started again on vip basis haven't purchased the new expansion. I don't play alot but I am now lvl 4 rank 18. Going 10star AA build.
