Why no skill list or deck options posted?

So we've had a couple beta weekends now.  We even have all 3 factions available.  Where's an exhaustive list of skills?  I've seen some sites (a good Polish one included), but it just seems like an odd thing that no one has put it up.

Also, everyone can see all the available decks now, including their descriptions.  Why no websites updating the deck options with their clothing and abilities?  Even stranger, this website "reveals" 3 new decks, despite people being able to see what's available in the beta weekends.

 

Any thoughts?  Just seems odd.  Don't mean to complain.  Just no theory crafting seems to be available for the skill wheel since no list available.  As for the deck options...well, I think it'd be neat to see.

    well until this weekend the full skill wheel was under NDA so I'd assume you will see sites putting deck builders up soon

    I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall.     People invited to the beta have been under an NDA so testers couldn't reveal that they even took part in the beta...let alone reveal anything they came across

    Ah I see.  It seemed so odd, since it's available info if you're in game, and if you're playing (not in the closed beta of course) you can stream.  Didn't realize there was still an NDA covering the stuff I'm watching on streams.  Odd, but totally acceptable and understandable.
