Space mmorpgs

Hi there,

I have played and enjoyed Earth and Beyond. Tried out Eve Online but it didn't appeal to me.

What other space mmorpg games are there out not that are worth trying or any other good games out now that I should try?

I have played WoW, EQ2, FFXI, and CoH but I want something great like Earth and Beyond.

You could always try Star wars galaxies Jump to lightspeed, some pretty fun ground action too.
And and don't forget to watch how things are going with Star trek online

vendetta online, jumpgate. Both first person twitch combat space games. Apart from them and the ones already mentioned there are one or two that are barely in beta's (like eschaton).

Just curious how that jump to lightspeed works. What sort of skills are required and do players need to bash monsters to gain these skills to fly or can they gain skills by flying ships?

well jtl works by you joining a faction  of empire, rebel, or neutral pilot im master neutral thug working for jabba, but yes it is all space based you have to do space missions and destroy space stuff to get yer upgrades and whatnot i love it in the new swg expansion theres gonna be severtal new ships all look kickass, im aslso a master shipwright which means i make the ships you fly hehe, so if yer on the bria server pls look up jenquaidefender (yup played enb forever) anbd ill be more than happy tpo, lend you a hand man. We also have a whole group of us space breeds we coined ourselves the spacerats and will help with missions in a grp if you need it take care and happy flying.
