I am currently on trial and have 2 characters, a mystic and a warrior.
Somehow the warrior gameplay (Mellee) is much more intense and challenging.
So my question, does this go for all mellee classes versus caster classes?

Depends on what your doing. in PvE yes melee classes does seem more intense however when your doing end game bosses its all the same because every attack is a huge aoes because of the aoe nature of the attack and movement of the boss. And caster can easly be 1 shooted. In PvP its all the same, no one really gets to stay back and just snipe people unless you completely out number htem or well people are stupid to leave a ranged not checked.
Challenging, not so much. Slayers for instance are quite easy to play.
Intensity, sure. Although you probably picked the two classes on the farthest fringes.
All ranged have it easier than melee due to the way BAMs move and the overall metagame of Tera that creates most of the dangers (in PVE) in a small circle around bosses and mobs.
I have to agree with this completely...
Running dungeons the archers/sorcs in the party can type/goof off sometimes without worry but I certainly can not do that, especially on hardmodes where a failed dodge is 3/4 of my health.
I can barely look away to read chat let alone type. Warrior tanking is also quite challenging, such a chore to try to keep the boss stationary while dodging attacks and holding aggro, hard to resist the urge to dodge though the boss.
Bachus mystic is also a hard class actually, not to play in general but it's hard to be good at, they have weaker heals than a priest so it's more work to keep your party alive while feeding them mana and providing the necessary buffs for the DPS races.
I haven't played Tera, but did play AoC in which the melee classes aren't tab-targetting, just like in Tera. The melee just felt more intense and more challenging. Melee had a lesser margin for error and while you with a ranged character can pull and kite, you generally can't with a melee character - at least not if it's a ranged mob.
