Is Blizzard known for not responsing when you are asking for support? I would not know since this was the first time ever I reportet a bug.

I dont play any other games from blizard and only blizard game I ever played was wow at the release but only played that game for about 2 months,for some strange reason:-)

Now my problem is that I did beta for Diablo3 and I did find it fun,and since no fun mmorpg's are coming out in near future I bought Diablo3 last tusday. Now I did uninstall the beta client and did a fresh download witch I bought from blizard.

Game runs smooth but when I come to act1 chapter4 where you kill the skeleton king ,I get a message that thanks me for playing and I can continue playing but if I want to progress more in the game I have to upgrade my account withc I allredy did.

Blizard does not ansver my petition. Does any of you guys have any solution for this?

    They used to be good, but the complains did start after they merged with Activision and have becomes more and more.

    They are still far from worst but 1 week is unacceptable, make a new petition, they probably lost the first one.

    Most people fail to submit tickets to the proper channels so they never get answered. This is not a bug, submit a ticket to accounts and billing issue.

    If you bought the digital edition, this is not a bug.  They make you wait 3 days for some stupid reason...

    edit: a possible fix for this might be an authenticator if you have a smart phone.  I was not able to look at the RMAH and I got a similar message to wait 3 days.  The authenticator cleared that up.

    I did the Ticket at my account support page ,think the problem is they dont read,now I did get a friend of mine to invite me to act1 chapter5 and I did finish the quest tho I dont get any xp for quest reward only cash, do get xp for killing mobs tho.

    Seem like I dont get any xp since I reached lvl13 (same as level cap in beta. Did just add to my ticket to blizard that My intentions when I payed 60€ for the game was not to be able to play a 3-4 months old beta version.

    I guess blizard is selling old beta accounts to randomized customers,2 friends of mine bought the game 2 weeks ago and they did not have any problem,they did play the beta aswell.

    I did make a tickit on the suport page but nobody has cared to answer yet,read:
    First tickit
    Act1 chapter4 get the message I must upgrade account cant continue same as in betaI have uninstalled the beta client and did do a fresh download and install,I have tried many times without luck.Get stuck at the king in act1 chapter4.A friend of min high level however can invite me with him in what chapter ever.I allways get the message that I can continue playing but I have to upgrade my account to proceed.Regards

    Second add from me no answer:
    I did notice that my battle tag is the same as in beta,would it help if I change that?

    Third add to ticket from me and still no answer:
    Ok now I got a friend to invite me to act1 chapter5, want to se if I could bypass this problem. It worked and I can take quest for act1 chapter6 but I dont get any xp after I reach level 13.this is strange, Guys I did not pay 60€ for playing the 3 months old beta version!!

    Hm this is unreal,how can they let it be to even bother to answer my ticket?
    What shall I do? Any of you regular guys (not the blizard,guess those are to bussy counting money from beta accounts sales) got any tips for me?
