Pre-order rewards already mailed out?

Why have I already been mailed my pre-order rewards in-game? I didn't accept them in case I shouldn't. I'm just confused.. this is CB, so why was it sent to me already? It was just the t-shirt though.. is that  CB tester thing? I dunno, it says it's from pre-order though.. Gah, so confused! xO

    Well, if you read the notes on the patcher it tells you that all pre-orders have access to rewards this weekend.

    I'm assuming pre-order rewards are linked to account not characters, so even when beta characters are deleted every new character created after launch will have access to the pre-order items.
