An MMORPG doesn't exist where you are contantly provided with new, exciting and rewarding content. People consume content at a different rate, if there is a level cap some people will reach it very quickly. The question is what kinds of fun and *rewarding* stuff will exist to keep these people interested, playing and paying money?
I think the game looks awesome, but "what about endgame" is a very important question. If you don't like the word, how about, once I have reached max level what kinds of fun and rewarding things will keep me interested enough to keep playing?
