What should i do!

Hey what should i do. i have this pretty new computer i mean like not even a year old and every time i want to play a high gfx game it doesnt work. I got a new video card not a great one just one that will get me by ya know but i have dial u internet what is it that is messin me up is it the internet conection or is it i need a much better video card? please help i need to fix this prob so i can get to playin things like anarchy.

    If you gave us your computer and video card specs, it would be much easier to give you advice::::28::.

    I really hope that *insert game name here* will be the first game to ever live up to all of its pre-release promises, maintain a manageable hype level and have a clean release. Just don't expect me to hold my breath.

    my computer -2.7 Ghz intel celeron processer

    video card- not really sure lookin at the book to it now itws a xfx force card just a 60 dollor card  so if yall know cards its not the cheapest but not the best either i believe the best is about 120-160 dollors but it has 240mb i'm sure

    first your main problem is that celeron processor, they are pieces of junk, second, it would still be easier to know what kind of gfx card you have to help.  Just right click my computer -> properties
    then select hardware -> device manager -> display adapters and tell us whats there
