You dont have to use the b-key to find a walkthrough. You can just use it to research the things related to the mission. Such as the painter in kingsmouth code.. if you don't already know about him you definately need to research it somewhere. Assuming you don't solve the mission through trial and error that is. Also, if you don't have a bible at hand you really don't have a choice but to use google. Not all the answers are in the actual game and funcom have even created pretend websites just for some of the quests in the game. Such as:
As noted above, the browser is there for you to look up clues, for instance who the painter in the Kingsmouth code was. If you want to avoid spoilers add a -tsw -"the secret world" to your searches.
You dont need to look at the painter n the kingsmouth code. Just looking at the paints and the hint in the previous tier allow you to know wich paint is the one you are looking for. But others like the MIBV need you to use the brownser.

you''ll crack....eventually....its right there at your fingertips....
I use it ALL the time...hehe
Still love the game. Just not a puzzle-person. I have enough puzzles to figure on a daily basis in RL.
It hasn't helped my porn addiction, not even having to close game to fap >.>
I joke.
Or do I?
No I'm joking
Or am I?! >:D
Screw the B key, I just alt-tab and go to my web-page with multiple "help" links to help me "dismiss" these pesky puzzles.
(The only puzzle I like is what is the best weapon to kill my target with)

You are meant to press the B-key, it's impossible to figure out some quests without it.
This right here.
Ya, the Funcom offered sites like http://www.kingsmouth.com/ and http://www.kingsmouthcurrent.com/ help add to the experience. You don't have to look up walkthroughs
Yea your going to have to use it eventually as Funcom has "fake" websites set up which have answers to puzzles.
