Some questions

Pre-purchased Guild wars 2 already before first BWE, but played just few hours. (And liked it :)

Firstly I tried to find my friend in queensdale, but we were always in different instance.. How I can play with my friend?

Instances, or dungeons(like in WoW), do they exist in  GW2?

WvWvW pvp, there is 3 factions, are all players from same server or every faction from diffenrent server?

Never tried grouping with friends myself, but I believe they added a way to always enter the same instance if you entered the zone together.  So I'd suggest both leaving queensdale and going to Divinty's reach, then both zoning back and you should end up together.  They do need something like TSW's meet up function though.

There are dungeons, from level 30 onwards.

WvW is 3 different servers matched up for battle.  There are no factions as such, you just come from different versions of the same world.

  • They fixed it so if you're in a group you automatically go to the same overflow server as your group mates, and if you wind up in a different overflow server you just right click on their portrait and pick "join in".

There are dungeon instances that you can do together as a 5-man group.

Everyone on the same server is on the same "faction" (or side) in WvWvW.

GW2 has overflow servers that allow people to play instead of waiting in a queue, when you are grouped with someone and they are in an overflow you just have to right click there portrait and there is an option that will take you there to.

you we're in different instances because of overflow, meaning there were alot of people and the server couldn't handle it so they put you in different instances. I think making a party and inviting him might move him to your instance.

the dungeons in gw2 are instanced

and WvWvW is basically server vs server vs server
