Buddy code???

in Everquest II
Some one mentioned a buddy code (not suree exactly) but what does this code do, does it make it so i can download the game and try it for a month or so i can buy it and get a free month or what, if anyone would like to fill me in or give me one i would be most thankfull

    Dont know anything about a buddy code but you can download a trial of the game anyways from the EQ2 website.  Also if you buy the full game it will come with one free month of play.

    You get a free week of the game with Buddy code. Have to borrow a copy of the game though to install on your computer.

    Buddy codes are over. Any that were issued are now expired. I PM'd a DEV to ask about this, and that's the response I got.

    Hmm, I could have sworn I got some sort of "invite a buddy to play" type email in the last couple days.   I didn't really look at it, and it must either be deleted or on the home computer.

    Yeah they sent out emails this week, basically you just forward the email to a friend, it has a link to download the trial and try the game for 10 days I think.

    Ah, well them mastercolin if you still need it message me your email and I will forward it to you (assuming it's not been deleted).  All my friends are already playing and you've been showing an interest for a while =)
