WAY TOO BIG for a downloadable MMO. That huge and going F2P, offer disks >< WOW, 12gig download at snail speeds of 2-3mb/s....
Can't even say what it is like in game for another two days at this rate, getting a disk in the mail would take just as long which would free up net bandwidth and resources to do other stuff whiel waiting.
BTW, this monstor download is just a patch...so expect this juggernaut to be downloaded AGAIN every time there is a major update.

just think, if it was still the AOL era It would cost more to download the game than it would to purchase the license
LFD tools are great for cramming people into content, but quality > quantity.
I am, usually on the sandbox .. more "hardcore" side of things, but I also do just want to have fun. So lighten up already
