Will there be another stress test? [Poll]

Well, what do you think. Will ANet spring another surprise stress test or two on us before launch, or is that it now?

Looking like one a week so far so I'd say at least 1 next week.

These tests are too short though. I can't help but log in and each time I do it leaves me wanting more. Not long now...

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I'd be surprised if we don't see at least one more.   Two is a possibility.

If they really want to test how their servers work with whatever they changed today, they should do another stress test until logging in really works without so many errors. The game ran fine the last 2 hours or so. I had a ton of crashes today though - something which has not happened before. I hope they can fix the cause of that. It looks like many others had the same issues. The game appears to be ready for release though. The remaining issues aren't gamebreaking or unfixable.

One is definitely possible, but I wouldn't be surprised if we just had the last one.

These tests are amazing yet so much torture!

Playing my Asura Guardian is the most fun I have had in a MMO in so, so very long.

I would hope they would have as many as they need to have to get to the point that they can run a complete stress test with out server and log in issues and major bugs.

I totally get that today was not an indication of what head-start will look like, but I still have to acknowledge that this was the worst stress test to date. The entire first hour was frustration. Having to take servers down for 30 minutes, a minute or two into the stress test, was not a very good sign. New Sylvari charcters couldn't leave the tutorial, because the final event wouldn't spawn. Bad.

Not everything was bad. A lot of us saw a healthy performance improvement, (I had about a 20% boost versus the last stress test and a total boost of 35-45% over BWE2); They made some improvements to the UI and the camera. The Gem Store had far fewer issues than in the last stress test.

I just know I'll feel a lot better going into the stress test if we can have at least one stress test leading up to it that's smooth as silk and free of server/conection issues.

Made me laugh, I'm pretty sure one more stress test before early launch

I think that there will be another stress test due to the number of graphics issues from switching over to GPU based rendering.

Some of that may be driver level, but too many people reporting the same issues for that to really hold true.

Game is as smooth as ever though, if not more so.

I could see them having one more next week, but that’s it. I doubt there will another one during opening week.

I think there will be at least one more.

I had no graphic issues though - possibly because I'm using ATI/AMD cards and not nVidia... =P

I would expect at least one more. Might as well for a mock release since this last one had some hiccups.

I sure hope so, the game doesn't seem ready yet to me.

Thank you for all your help in today’s Stress Test!

We will be conducting a Stress Test on Friday, August 10 from 4:00 PM PACIFIC Time to 8:00 PM PACIFIC Time.

REMEMBER: We will be actively working on the game during the event, so you might experience connectivity problems or discover features that are not working as designed. Any issues you experience are a result of the rigorous conditions of the stress test, and are in no way representative of the state of the game at launch. By participating in this stress test, you’re helping us make Guild Wars 2 a better game. Thanks for your cooperation—we’ll see you in-game!
