I've been using a Naga for about two years now and have had no problems with it. The G600 looks spiffy as well, but I'd recommend the Naga seeing as I actually own it and don't own a G600.

Been using my Naga daily for a year and a half now with 0 problems.
Same here. I do think Logitech has a better reputation based on build quality of their stuff, but I don't keep track of Logitech like I do Razer. My personal experience with issues is this: * Razer Lycosa keyboard - seems like bad design/bad build. It was kind of stupid...the J key wouldn't work. Returned for refund. * Razer Mamba Mouse - can become unresponsive when running wireless. When running wired, it's not any better than a DeathAdder, but costs a lot more. * Logitech G19 Keyboard (friend, not me) - color screen when 'weird', loading and unloading the driver constantly causing the machine to become unresponsive. Outside of warranty, bought a new keyboard.
I have purchased dozens of gaming mice over the last 10 years or so. If you're looking at a standard gaming mouse, buy a Razer DeathAdder. If you're looking at an MMO mouse, I'd try the Logitech G600 because of the shaped buttons. You won't be disappointed with the Naga in terms of functionality or build quality, but I think the buttons on the G600 will make it easier to train your thumb.
I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

the G600 does not need software or drivers and out of the box is seup damm good for GW2 you just have to rebind some of the key in GW2 to use the one the mouse is set to use. there is alos software you can use to reprogram the mouse you can store 3 setups in the memory of the mouse and not use any software or you can set the mouse to you the software for setups also.
mine is setup to use the 3rd mouse button or the ring finger button for G-Shift
G9-G13 set to use weapon skills 1-5 with G14 set to swap weapons
G-Shift + G9-G13 set to use Utility skill 6-0 with G14 set to swap weapons
G15-G17 set ro F1-F3 and G20 set to F4 in bouth normal and G-Shift
The G600 was still in pre-order state when I bought my 2nd Naga. I love the naga so much, but my first one broke after 2 years - left click stopped working all together.
Go for the Logitech if you do a whole lot of gaming. The Naga is cheaply made, by comparison. The Logitech are built like tanks while still being comfortable to use.
I always try a new gaming mouse when one comes out, and inevitably I also always return to my Logitech for my primary gaming computer because of the combination of durability, comfort and performance that no one else has matched yet. That's not to say that the Naga is not decent though, so you will surely be satisfied whichever route you go.
GW2 doesn't really demand much in the way of keybinds since it has a relatively limited number of skills at any one time. Having said that I feel that it is more important to have a mouse that is comfortable for you and your playstyle rather than fussing over having buttons on the side of it.
If this was WoW with my 70+ keybinds when doing Arena then fair enough, but it isn't.
I've tried both, but currently only own the Naga. I've been using it for about 10 months now, without any issues. It did take a bit of time to adjust to the side button positions, but once I became used to it there were no issues. However, I do still avoid binding the 11 and 12 buttons for something that would require a fast reaction. I tend to use them for food buff type things or other utility options such as a map window or inventory.
I was only able to spend only a couple minutes trying out the logitech, but it did seem to have a much better feel to it for me. Perhaps this is only because I've already been using that style of a mouse for a while. One thing that stood out was it felt a lot more like 2 panels of 6 buttons rather than 1 panel of 12. Somehow this made my brain cope a bit easier with trying to navigate my clumsy thumb around that area. It did feel a bit sturdier as well. I've always been extremely satisfied with the durability of logitech items, and would tend to feel more comfortable about the longevity of the Logitech.
Overall, in my opinion; both serve their purpose, but If my Naga breaks down (which i do fear at times), I will certainly be going with the Logitech for the primary reasons of comfort, and very good past experience with the durability of their products.
For me, it came down to how they felt in my hand. Both were functional enough for any MMO use I would need, but the smaller size of the Naga (even with the interchangeable parts) was too uncomfortable. For anyone trying to decide between these, make sure you get hands-on with both; it will make a difference.
naga hex seems to hurt my hand. reaching for the rear end keys with your thumb can be a pain and somehow i get confused when trying to press the "6" button every so often. its ok but it takes a LOT of getting used to because the shape is not very ergonomic. I cant imagine playing with a normal naga because i wont have any place to rest my thumb when i dont wanna be clicking keys. i just bought a g700 so i will be able to compare the two together. in my experience i've had a lot of problems with my logitech mice breaking and the rope cord constantly kinking.
Most memorable games: AoC(Tryanny PvP), RIFT, GW, GW2, Ragnarok Online, Aion, FFXI, FFXIV, Secret World, League of Legends (Silver II rank)
