6) attendance is not mandatory, however, a higher attendance yields more loot and optimial raid placement

Open spots (3-5) for DPS / Tanks and Support roles
HK requirements:
a) 300+ hit/focus
b) resist sigil for water

Players looking to get into Progression content (Infernal Dawn) should have the following:
a) 400+ hit/focus
b) 4pc crystal bonuses for multiple roles
c) resist sigils for earth and fire
d) ability/desire to learn new content
e) patience to see it through
