Restricted Races/Classes?

If I play as a race or class that is capped at lvl 20 for free players, what do I have to do to get past 20? Is getting a subscription at that point my only option, or is there maybe some type of item mall one-time payment I can make to allow my character to get past 20? Anyone know?

You can purchase the class/race for around 300 pts and then you get full access unrestricted by level.
So for 300 pts you can play what you want. Pick a restricted race = 300 pts, pick a restricted class another amount of points based on the class.
For less than 1000 points, 10 bucks roughly, you play any class and race you choose.
