Yes there were some bugs and probably will be for at least the near future.
Things I really like was the combat system, serious smackdown graphics, very well done. A couple of small issues, but I like the fact that it is not twitch based, and when you whoop somebodies arse (or vice versa), you can almost feel the pain.
The skill system was also top notch, you can switch your character skills around at any point in the game. You can instantly change from a combat type, to a caster type, to a crafter type.
Live events team is a good thing too. UO had this "back in the day". They were live players that ran events and helped along plots and stories. It was one of the things that made it great, and if done right the live events team could make MXO a great game too.
I actually am not a Matrix fan, and I certainly wasn't a fan of this MMO, but I am a big fan of MMORPG's and enjoy Role Playing and this game appears to have some real potential.
It could turn out to be another Star Wars Galaxies (Most wasted potential in a game of 2004), but they seem to be moving in the right direction at least initially. I'm going to give it a go as I really enjoyed the Beta and Sneak preview.
Also don't run this on anything less than 1gb of ram, otherwise you will just have a lag fest.
Speaking of which, even on heavily loaded servers I experienced very little lag.
I still haven't tried PvP, but hear that it is top notch.
Here's hoping this one rocks. There have been so many promising flops this year, I'm ready for something good.

Well nice to see some positive threads appearing as we close in on launch.. I was kind of starting to think this board was just going to end up The Negativity Online board or something.

i like the game too. it was very different compare to others but...honestly...the lag is very BAD!! not graphical lag, but network lag...
I hope they will do something about that..
