Well, we all know what usually happens to messiahs, they end up being crucified in the end.

Someone will no doubt quote you on this in two months if gw2 is in fact not a life changing experience and the ultuimate wow killer, as for 'The long awaited messiah has come' well perhaps a fat nerd in a basement has.. :)

Rufus missed it. It wasn't a rack band that saved the world, no, it was a video game.

Enter GW2: The real "Wyld Stallyns".

    ...Rufus?

Are you team Azeroth, team Tyria, or team Jacob?

    It isn't.

It's a rock solid MMO and will be a large success. But the days of a game like WoW have come and gone.

Well, it's certainly hard to imagine a more polarizing title.

Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.

When people use words like 'messiah' they are purposely trying to bait people into flaming eachother. ;)

    EDIT:

I couldn't find the scene I referenced in the above post. I tried to find it.

Sure it'll be succesful, but It's not all that different.

I'm just in it for the fact that GW2 seems to want us to actaully play with eachother and be friends, rather then solo 5 man group quests. *cough wow*

I love the fact that all the quests are just open for joining at any time.

I agree, I bought the game, and enjoy it, but I find the pve boring after awhile. The WvW is really all I bought the game for. Will it keep me occupied like PS2 beta has, no way, is it worth $60, ya, but long term I see GW2 doing what GW1 did for me, played alot then it got shelved. As fun as the game can be, some people are making it sound out to be way better then it actually is. Maybe to them it is, but we re all different, and I find it decent at best.

Well, if the job involves dieing to save others, SWTOR seems to have snatched that one.
