should the last few beta drivers for nvidia have had an SLI profile for GW2
I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. Originally posted by Ravik I get a solid 75 fps in BF3 and a solid 45 fps in GW2. Didn't get the chance to use the beta drivers but there is deffinatly some sort of issue.
if you have a nvidia card I'd highly recommend trying to 305 beta series drivers

One slider down from Ultra with V-sync on I was getting 50-60 fps and down to 40ish in congested areas. I think I'm ready. PS: SSD is awesome.
I have to agree that having an SSD for MMOs is almost a requirement if one wants to have smooth gameplay. I have GW2 on an SSD and gameplay is really, really smooth with no stuttering.
Preferred for good gameplay yes, but nowhere does any source say it's a requirement.
The 304.79 beta drivers greatly improved performance in-game for my system, so I don't see what the fuss is about. If it works, it works. There's no reason to complain or create drama over something so trivial.
Since the Nvidia drivers are being discussed here...do you need to worry anymore about doing a clean install of the drivers with a third party program, or does the nvidial installer kind of take care of that now?
