GTX 690 with gw2 low fps!

GW2 is a very CPU intenst game, I would bet money you are getting those FPS in crowded areas (CPU intensive). Overclock the CPU and you should see improvements.

The OP never got back tothis after he downloaded the new drivers.  I'm asuming they fixed the issue.

Dual GPU cards suck I had gtx 295 and it sucked bad, from then on I buy only single GPU cards.
