I got in, but alot of my guildies are yet to jump on...

Yep. I didnt realize you could sort it all out before actually playing. So the minute it was open I logged on and yep Sea of Sorrows full. I'm peaked about it cause friends and relatives are all on there.. Does that mean you an Aussie? If so were you guys favouring any other server as a second choice? I see Nocturnal advertising as going to select a different server but I couldnt actually find out which one they chose.
I guess Ill just make a random pick. In 3 days after headstart all the American ones will prolly be full and I dont want to be stuck in Australia playing on a EU server...
The game got launched at about 3pm Melbourne time .. Sea of Sorrows was full by 4pm

but .. I waited .. logged in over and over (about 100 times) until Sea of Sorrows was 'high' .. jumped in and Im in there now

Is it still the same as in BETA.
That is, you cant change servers even if you delete all your characters ?
It really is an absurd server setup, that coupled with the "choosing a world outside your purchase territory" thing.
It makes it very awkward.
