Is this issue being adressed at Arena.net?

I managed to get in after today's STREEEEES test (sarcastic term) and im impressed that performance is much better now

 

  However, i am from Europe and in noticed that Guild, AH, Mail, Gem Store and other interfaces are not working at all. I am not the only one as well, for many on my server noticed this also.

  Is Arena.net aware of this issue? And if so, how long it may take untill they fix these things?
