Redid characters/ lost items?

in Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone. So, i rushed last night ( skip to end/ pick name/ logout ) and created 5 characters to reserve my names. I checked my characters inventory and they all received 2 mails , containing the Rytlock mini, the hero band and a few consumables etc.

Today i took my time to redo my characters the way i want them ( delete/ redo ) but when i logged in i only had 1 email waiting for me, with the Hero's band and the portable bank golem thingy. No minis, no consumables etc.

Shouldn't each new character we create receive everything?

Is this a bug? Should i contact suport? Am i missing something here? Am i asking too many questions?

    Most of those digital items are a one time use if i recall from the website?

    Yes, they are. But there's lots who have had this issue when recreating characters and forgetting to, or not realising they have to, bank their bonuses. ANet will do something about it eventually, I wouldn't worry.
    I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

    But wait. Shouldn't each new character we create get all teh goodies? I'm mostly worried about the CE's Rytlock mini...

    So, when i keep the same name when i redo my character i lose teh goodies? Fudge, i didn't know that...
