in Guild Wars 2
i was looking at the server list and most of them are full on america, there is like 4 left that are high,
some turn full then go back to high then full, kinda hard for people to join now ..

I was wondering about how they might handle that situation, perhaps new servers will be opening for launch day?

Well, they will need to open quite a few for the 1 day head starters, and the non pre purchace pre orderers.
I can see a 50% increase in the number of servers for those people alone being almost required
