Really interested in the game but i have not been able to purchase till today. Not sure how the preorder and headstart works. If I purchased today would I be able to play, or would I have to wait till the 28th...

    Depends on who you go through, but I kno if you get Amazon prepurchase digital deluxe edition you can get in right away and start playing now, but it is 79.99

    Purchase it today and you should get a pre purchase code just the same as if u bought it in April. Make sure u get the digital copy of the game though because early in the day I went to gamestop on Aug 23 to pre purchase, purchased the game but then they said they didn't have any pre purchase codes. so I got a full refund, deposited the money into my account, bought it straight from guildwars2.com and got my code perfectly.
