GW2 was just an impulse buy for many, thanks largely to the hype train.  It temporarily filled the void, but it's very shallow, and offers no real longevity, outside of new world events here and there.  It's anti-social and lacks many features of real MMORPGS, relating to interaction and progression.  Hence no reason to "want" to log on today, or tomorrow.

OP: As others have said, ArcheAge and EQNext.  Maybe The Repopulation too.

I want a world I care about, that becomes immersive.  Not just a short-term time killer like so many MMORPG's these days.  I guess after the disaster of SWTOR & GW2, I'm more savvy and scrutinizing when it comes to consumer purchases.  SWTOR made me never want to preorder a game again - so far it worked.  GW2 makes me never want to buy another game tied to EZ mode casuals.  I think that will work too.

After witnessing the direction Activision-Blizzard is going with WoW the past few years, along with how D3 turned out compared to D2, I'd say I'm no longer impressed.  Blizzard used to be an amazing company; the Activision merger killed them, in my eyes.

So I'm not looking forward to Titan.  I'm curious, but I'm keeping my expectations low.  Very low.

If im being honest with myself, im most looking forward to PSO2: a cash shop action lobby grinder with instanced housing. So much for the sandbox posterchild lol. What can i say? I am, and forever will be, a sega fanatic to the core of my soul.

Looking forward to Darkfall: Unholy Wars.  If all goes as planned, I'll be playing in less than two weeks.  If all goes as I expect, I'll hopefully get an hour or two in before the end of the world.

Also, I'm intrigued at the whole EQ:Next thing.  Keeping an eye on it.  Figuratively, of course.  'Cause I can't realy take my eyes out without effort.

    1) I want to know what Titan is about.

    2) I am looking forward to any improvments ANET plans on making to GW2.

    3) Looking forward to leveling some alts in SWTOR for free - hopefully the experience is good

    4) Interested in TSW going F2P or B2P so I can try it out

Other than those four, there's not much interesting going on in MMOs these days.

Neverwinter and Wildstar. Really only 2 I'm looking forward to now. I tend to be more reserved on hyping things up. Both seem interesting enough.

Planetside 2 mostly. I'm excited how it develops over the next few years.

Elder Scrolls Online? EQ2Next? I don't know....I will beta test them but not exactly looking forward to them at this point.

Not sure to be honest, maybe WoD, Archeage or Lineage Eternal.

Gave Planetside 2 a try this weekend, but I didn't like the feel of it. I'm quite picky when it comes to fps games. :)

Still playing GW2 a bit and hope they will bring some nice expansions in the future.

Nothing special, there are several games I'm watching, but I'm still having good fun in my actual game, so no hurry.

I still wish some new MMO would come out soon, so the trolls leave the GW2 forum to go bash that new game.

Age of Wushu and FFXIV 2.0.  TESO in the long term.

I also have a curious interest in Greed Monger.

If in 1982 we played with the current mentality, we would have burned down all the pac man games since the red ghost was clearly OP. Instead we just got better at the game.

Ultima Online 2... Oh, not an option? Okay, well in that case.. I guess I'll have to settle for:

    Star Citizen

    Elder Scrolls Online

    Everquest Next

Until then, I guess I'll check out Darkfall.

I am really not seeing any GW2 bashing. If nothing else, it is being treated more fairly than any other MMO this soon after launch. Most people have the same comments..."It's a good game, but it is missing something". I wouldn't consider that bashing.

I personally think GW2 is lacking that MMO feel, but I think it is a good game with a lot of potential.

I'm not looking forward to any upcoming MMO's, i doubt i'll even try many if any at their launches. I had been looking forward to Planetside 2 but after now having tried the beta i'll be avoiding it for a good while after launch, it's in a terrible state and needs much longer than a few weeks until release. The past few years have really dampened my excitement for new MMO's.

I am however looking forward to :

    X Rebirth

    Elite: Dangerous

GTA V (if it releases on PC)

    Watchdogs
