dont get me wrong though~ i like this game, it's a good game no doubt~
there's much to do.. much to explore.. much secrect to find and unlock~
crafting~ DE~ pvp~heart quest~ personal story etc~
but i dunno.. 1 - 2hr game play is like a max max for me per day..
i just cant stop falling sleep
on saturday.. i played 1hr.. was on random escorting a merchant.. then i fall alseep.. it was 9pm
sunday, i cant log on half of the time due to log in server issue, when i mamanged to log on, i spent 1hr looking for trees to chop and mins to ore.. then i loggged off for and thought i could continue after 1hr rest, but i didnt..
monday. i had to work late, i rushed home at 9pm, logged one, did some under water fighting to get weapon skill up, and explore more divinity's reach, beautiful place, stunning, then i logged off and sleep.
yesterday, another server log in issue, i wasited 1hr and logged on at 7pm with excitment cos more ppl joined due to official launch. i did some random DE, especial with a big monster in swamp, loved it, beautiful fight, but sadly didnt get any loot, guess i joined late, after that i walked around, but then, i fall a sleep by doign same DE as saturday night, escorting merchant, just cos i was around the area~ and it was only 8:30pm..
i think it's not because the game is boring, it's actually opposite, it's fun. I think the main reason is cos it's too casual? i dont need to force myself competing with thousand of ppl, rush to lvl 80, get ultimate gear and start pwning in every aspect of the game, so i could take it slow and do everything at my own speed.. but then it's resulting this.. just cant play too long.. cant stop falling sleep..

Playing Path of Exile and deeply in love with it.
well i am only 27, :P i am energertic most of the time~
i think this game is just too relaxing while pve, maybe pvp will be tense.
Its because the questing in mmo gets really boring and old and while you do it on your own it gets even more boring.
There is only one thing that could keep you playing for long and forgetting how time flows by, thats social contacts.
In my opinion you pretty much nailed it there. There isn't single (PvE) element in game that forces you to play, you should play only when you feel like it might be fun. Casual and I love it
My Guild Wars 2 blog. Read it. The bestestest and most TRUTHEST BLOG EVER!!
I second this. The casual aspect of the game makes me actually want to play it and "progress". I dont have time with a GF and a full time job to raid and shit like I did in WoW...
Now I got time to actual feel like its not a secondary job due to farming, and still have my real life intact.
Win/win is what they call it.
However, for someone who doesnt have a life/job/friends/GF, I would probably stick to WoW since its more time demanding to be on par.
