Totally disagreed here. In my guild, we group and play together every day, even more now they fixed the overflow server problems. We do puzzles, events, dungeons. Finding a GOOD guild is important though, like in all MMORPGs.
I also dislike the fact people are server swapping to go to one in which is winning the WvW matches.
Peole doing that are... well, to use a "nice" word, not very smart. Servers are still matched daily right now, and are more balanced every day. Not to mention that after the transfer, they will not benefit of the realm buffs.

VO is not as good as SWTOR and some part of TSW. And some of the writing/dialog are just poorly written, and as someone mentioned above Norn seems to have to worst VO/Dialog in general and i do agree, but my Norn is lv 35 only so we will see.
The lag in the pvp is inevitable, i am cool with that right now.
First off I am having fun its starting to get a little repetitive though. So a few things that bother me.
1- AH being down, yes in the past I use the AH even at lower levels. Its how I start to build my crafting and my wealth. I will not buy gens with real money and convert to gold, not saying that was their plan but...
2- No mounts yes I know the lovers will say there are waypoints. Sorry I would rather travel on a mount from point A or B then see a load screen.
3- Overflow parking lots, I dont have issues with this in general most mmos have a version of this. The issue is when you want to join a friend or guildmate...cause you cant if your stuck in the overflow and they are not.
4- There has been some lag in PvP
5- Guild tabs and WvW tabs are not all working
6- Whats the point of being in more then one guild? You think you have 90 members then look closer and see have of them are not representing your guild.
7- I like to heal but you cant get gold in a DE if your healing.
1a- The combat is fun
2a- I like how switching weapons gives you new abilities
3a- Decent story
4a- DE at time have been massive...will they be in 3 months
Going from 65+ fps in PvE to 10-30 in WvW (30 in grass areas and no players around, 10 in snow areas with many players around), which makes WvW unplayable for me.
Downed state in PvP is just horrible
WvW forces zerging and not small scale fights
WvW's focus on capturing keeps and not killing enemy players
No permanent progression in PvP (like realm ranks in daoc or paragon levels in d3)
level1-30 areas are very group unfriendly (too many hearts, too few events)
Events don't scale well with big zergs of players (too easy/boring)
no dueling
bank is way too small (you are pretty much forced to buy gems to expand it)
The game is still in beta (SO many bugs, SO many features not working at all)
Only ONE thing bothers me in this game. The **** ******* overflow servers. I picked a ******* server, I should be able to play on it with my partner and my guild friends. That's WHY I bought the ******* game after all.....to play with other people, not to be divided across servers.

How do you figure they fixed the overflow server problems? I beg to differ. At least on Ehmry Bay they're not fixed. There's no way to join up with someone who's been thrown onto the overflow. My partner and I have gotten to play together ONE TIME this whole time, and it only lasted until one of us had to zone somewhere else to get some ore nodes. We've been put on the overflow servers CONSTANTLY. Now.....I picked a f****** server to play on, and I expect to be ON IT, or at the VERY VERY LEAST to be able to play with my friends and family. This part of this game is a big pile of horse shit.
item shop. I mean come on: I'm level 11, and my bags and bank are already full. It's the tiniest bank I ever saw in any MMORPG. To increase the size, I seem to have to pay money. And I just bought the game. -.-
lack of tooltips. Wanted to see what my Mesmer traits do, and one ability says "reduces shredding cooldown". I spent half an hour searching my character for any skills or attributes that might have to do something with shredding. Asked in the chat, noone knew it either. I had to google to find out what it does. T_T That doesn't have to do with any lack of experience in gaming on my side, but simply in the developers not really caring about such things.
and the zoning every five minutes is a bit annoying. City to overflow, overflow to regular map, regular map to storyline, and back and forth.
It's a good game, but these things are annoying.

Must vary from server to server, because I've had no problems since the first day. I think when it won't let you join someone in an overflow server, it means the overflow server is full, too... since it seems resolved on most servers, I'm thinking it should be fully resolved on all of them, within a few more days.
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
Been having trouble wanting to play GW2 more than 30 mins a clip.
Events are my problem. Great idea but I hvae yet to be really interested in any I have seen. I think due to the fact that there are so many people in the low areas, i just run up to area, see people fighting, join fight and don't know what/why we are fighting stuff...
I have decided to table GW2 until the launch craze is over and I can go through the events and such with less people around, I wonder though do they scale to the amount of poeple around ?

- Too much experience is thrown at you. I got 26 in no time
- I want to see the names of the enemy in wvwvw
- trading post is still down
- they should fix really quickly the overflow problem with grouping
- make the speed buff npcs easier to find in the cities
Everything else is quite awesome.
Keep in mind this game is for everyone. Even people with wives and jobs.
