I pre-purchased the game via their website (https://www.guildwars2.com/en/) on August 26th, and it has been 3 days with no e-mail confirmation giving me my Serial Code so I can create an account.
I have wrote to their customer support on August 27th, and still no response for 2 days. Not giving a customer their game after accepting the payment for 3 days is just unacceptable, and their Customer Support seems to be very lacking as well.
Right now I can't create my account, and I can't reach their office, this just seems very irresponsible of them.
Anyone else had this issue? Not creating an account right after purchase, and not recieving any serial code via email afterwards?

My sympathies but you picked a bad time I think. I pre-purchased a bit earlier, just hours before the last stress test and I got my code immediately, created account and logged in w/o any problems.
MMORPG genre is dead. Long live MMOCS (Massively Multiplayer Online Cash Shop).
Also I'm sure you did this but check your spam folder.
When pre-purchased via their site the key is displayed on the webpage straight after checkout completion and a button to say register account, once I clicked that and gave it an email address I got the Thank you email with my username only no key.
Check with whatever payment method you used that the payment did complete and has been taken as it sounds more like the payment didn't go through.
