Trading post ate my gold? Does gold from open orders eventually get returned when the TP is brought

My account was one of those with access to the trading post, and I had many open orders up. The trading post was brought down for maintenance, and my gold was not returned. I lost most of my "wealth".

 

Has anyone experienced this? Will it eventually be returned? As of now, the pick up page is blank and I'm feeling dejected. I put in a ticket, but I don't a response in the next few days, if ever.
