I saw this game at http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/tr/en/pc/games/mmos/miner-wars-mmo/ by chance . web site is http://www.minerwars.com/ and according to greenmangaming will be released at october ( and there is single player version named miner wars 2081 ) .
According to wiki developer and publisher keen software staffed by ex 2k stuff produced descent and red faction : guerilla
