The buttons on the naga are not very responsive and a bit cramped, I bough a hex http://www.razerzone.com/hex half as many buttons but so much better as the buttons are proper mechanical buttons and better layed out.
There's an easy fix for the G600 mouse jumping though. Just switch to saving profiles on your computer rather than on the mouse. That's it.
I owned a Naga for about a year and I could never get used to how the buttons where totally identical. I never got to a point where I could tell them all apart. I ended up using only 6 of the buttons and I eventually sold it in favor of a G700 because it had all that I needed at the time. I own two of those now, and if I had to chose one mouse, between all currently available, to use for the rest of my life that would be it.
A couple weeks before the release of Guild Wars 2 I decided to buy the G600 because it looked like it fixed the issues I had with the Naga, mainly being that the buttons were hard to tell apart. It's the best purchase I've made this year. The mouse is simply awesome, and it has some advanced features the Naga doesn't. Besides, it also looks awesome in white in my opinion.
I have always favored Logitech when it comes to mice and that is for two reasons. They always make quality mice, and they usually provides a very good fit for my hand. The Naga was almost too small for me.
Can I recommend a mouse with 12 buttons on the side for MMO gaming? Hell yes!
Should you go for the Naga or the G600? I'd say try out both and see which one you like the best. Maybe you can easily tell the buttons apart on the Naga. Maybe one fits your hand better than the other. Only you can decide that.
