Ive been hacked :(

I dont know if anyone has had this problem but i tried login in today and it came up that my account had  a login attempt from Beijing and if i wanted to give access to it. So i denied access on the link you get sent but it said failure and error etc it basically didnt work. I then tried loging into my account on the main website but that also required me to verify emails, i keep trying to login but i am not getting any emails sent through to me. I sent a ticket to support with all my info etc in and even the order number, serial paypal transaction id etc i really hope this can get sorted. Has anyone had similair problems? Anything else i could do?

Ther are problems with email validation at the moment. The chances are that although someone has tried to access your account, as long as you have a unique password for it they will have been unsuccesful.
Omce Anet have sorted out the email validation issues you will be able to log in again.
Remember to check the 'remember this IP' box once it is working.

Yeah, its not hacked. This are the damn  email validation problems form ANet...

exact samething OP except I didn't click the the email link. I thought it was a bogus. Happened about 4 hours ago.

still not working but are you guys getting more emails from Anet or not? I only got the 1 tried to block access and then just got error messages. this is just really made me sad i was having such a great time and an IRL friend has just started playing and we were gonna play together tnite but guess not. Thnx China!

Thats why you don't play any of these Korean games, and especially nothing from NCSoft.

I might be wrong, but I think hacking is a part of their plan to make money.

At this time, it is not possible to change your Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 account name or email address. However, we plan to have this ability before Guild Wars 2 launches.

Changing Account Name / Email
If you have a Guild Wars and a Guild Wars 2 account, and if they are linked, you can change your Guild Wars account (log-in) name. To change your account name, please do the following:

1. Log into account management.
2. Select Edit Profile.
3. Enter a new and valid email in the Account Name field under the Change Account Name section.
4. Confirm the password associated with the account.
5. Click SAVE CHANGES.

Welcome to the club, my friend.  Account hacking is RAMPANT with this game.  More so than usual, imho.  ArenaNet needs to put all their focus into this area.
