Looking for Computer set up advice

I'm a mac person through and through, but want to play some of the newer MMOs like RYL and City of Heros. Can I play these with a cheep Dell or do I need to spend some money on a "gaming" PC?
Any advice, links to good values, etc. would be appreciated.

Those two arent very demanding games graphically, you should be able to get off using just a mid range Dell if you want.
Something around a 2ghz or 2.5ghz, 512 RAM, and a 9600 should do you well enough.
