SoE Launchpad is stuck

As the title says. I remember this error ages ago with the Launchpad, and nothing seems changed...There is the SoE Logo and a black background, but it never goes forward than that. 

 

Does anybody know how to fix this, please? It also occurs in the same way for other SoE games that I'm trying to download, like Vanguard.
